The Translucent Vinyl is a high-performance, thermal transfer printable material designed for wire and cable identification. Featuring a self-laminated format with a white printable zone and a translucent overlaminating area, this material offers excellent durability and resistance to harsh conditions, making it ideal for use in challenging environments. Its clarity, conformability, and resistance to water and oil make it a reliable choice for long-lasting identification solutions.

Temperature Performance
- High Service Temperature: No visible effect at 158°F (70°C) after 30 days; moderate discoloration at 212°F (100°C), but the label remains functional.

- Humidity Resistance: No visible effect after 30 days at 100°F (37°C) and 95% relative humidity.
- UV Light Resistance: No visible effect after 30 days in Q-Sun Xenon Test Chamber.
- Weatherability: No visible effect after 30 days in Xenon arc Weather-Ometer®.

Chemical Resistance:
The material resists exposure to most chemicals, though it is not recommended for use in harsh organic solvents like methyl ethyl ketone, acetone, or 1,1,1-trichloroethane.

- Storage Conditions: One-year shelf life from the date of receipt when stored in its original packaging at or below 80°F (27°C) and 60% relative humidity.
