DERAY®-VT 220

The DERAY®-VT 220 Crosslinked Viton® Tubing provides outstanding heat and fluid resistance for electronic systems and components. Featuring a 2:1 shrink ratio and an operating temperature range from -55°C to 220°C, this tubing is ideal for high-temperature applications in defense, aerospace, automotive, industrial, shipboard, and utility markets. It meets several stringent industry standards, including DEF STAN 59-97 Type 4a, BS G198 Part 3 Type 12A, VG 95343 Part 5 Type E, PAN6480L, GS 95008-3-3, and is CNES approved and listed in the Matrex database.

Constructed from crosslinked Viton® fluoroelastomer, the DERAY®-VT 220 tubing offers high flexibility, flame retardancy, and exceptional resistance to corrosive fluids and extreme temperatures. This tubing is commonly used for bundling and strain relief of wire harnesses in high-temperature environments, providing excellent protection against contamination from hydraulic fluids, minerals, and synthetic oils.
