Halogen Free, Flame Retardant Heat Shrink Identification Sleeve

The DERAY®-ZHF 125 Halogen Free, Flame Retardant Heat Shrink Identification Sleeve provides excellent fire safety characteristics with low smoke generation and emissions of toxic fumes well below required levels. Featuring a 2:1 shrink ratio and an operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, this tubing is ideal for high-safety applications in mass transit, defense, aerospace, offshore, marine, and industrial markets. It meets several stringent industry standards, including MIL-STD-202G Method 215, EN45545-2 HL3 R22/R23, LUL E 1042 A6, BS 6853 vehicle category 1a, DIN 5510, and NFPA 130.

Constructed from a modified polyolefin free of lead, cadmium, and halogen, the DERAY®-ZHF 125 tubing offers good fluid resistance and a soft surface finish that supports good printability. Available in yellow and white, this tubing is suitable for cable identification applications in environments where fire safety and low smoke emissions are crucial.
